Till and Connect
Reconciling the till closing with the data received
If your till provides a till closing, for instance in the DSFinV-K export, the Hub compares it with the receipts received. Under Settings › Locations the system shows “Till closing reconciled” or by how much it differs.
The till closing is your till's own statement about a whole day. The Hub checks its figures against it.
Where you see it
- 1. Open Settings › Locations and choose the location.
- 2. Under Connected systems, each till shows one of these: - Till closing reconciled.: the figures match. - The till closing differs by … from the data received.: there is a difference. - No till closing available yet, this system does not provide one.
Where the closing comes from
Today from the DSFinV-K export. Tills connected only through their interface do not provide a closing there. See Uploading the DSFinV-K export.
The Hub flags receipts without a till closing when reading the export; their business day is derived from the timestamp.
If there is a difference
Check whether all receipts for the day have arrived, for example whether a till stopped delivering in between, see My till has stopped delivering. If that doesn't help, write to support.
