Helpers, Kio and analytics
Which AI providers may work for your business
In Kio under Usage › Privacy you decide which AI providers may work for your business, in which regions, and whether questions with guest data only go to approved providers.
Kio and the helpers work with language models from several providers. You decide which of them may work for your business.
How to set it
- 1. Open Kio (sidebar, under Today).
- 2. Choose Usage at the top of the chat. Kio usage opens, with the helpers Kio usage and plan.
- 3. Open the Privacy tab.
- 4. Under Providers, choose which are allowed.
- 5. Under Only in these regions, choose EU, USA or worldwide. Nothing selected means: all regions.
- 6. If you like, switch on Guest data only to approved providers. Questions with guest names or contact details then only go to providers Veydex has approved for it.
- 7. Choose Save privacy settings.
Kio then only chooses among the allowed providers.
At the top of the same tab is What Kio may see with the switch Kio may see names. It applies as soon as you flip it, without this button, see May Kio see names?.
Only the owner sets this.
