See what your team sees in the Hub

Staff only see their work areas, and only if your business has booked the module:

• Reservations: see bookings, accept and change them, seat guests. Not: opening hours, online booking, floor plan, export.
• Rota: schedule, swaps, time off and the time clock in the Veydex Shift app. Planning and approving stays with you.
• Hygiene & HACCP: record readings and checks. Checkpoints, target ranges, gap list and export stay with you.
• Loyalty: stamp cards at the counter, credit points, redeem. Programmes and corrections stay with you.

Never visible to the team: revenue and figures, labour cost and wages, guest records, billing, the till, helpers, the Marketplace and settings. That holds even if someone types an address directly.

See it yourself

1. 011. Open Settings › Access & roles.
2. 022. In What your team sees, choose View as your team.
3. 033. At the top it now says Preview: staff view. End preview takes you back.

The preview shows what the team sees. The permissions themselves are checked by the server.
