Getting started
Having dates entered from letters and emails
In the calendar, Toni reads letters, emails, invoices and invitations under Read a document. What is certain and stated word for word in the document he enters himself; everything else waits for you under Suggestions. Every entry keeps its source.
If a date is in a letter or an email, you don't have to type it in.
How it works
- 1. Open Today › Calendar and choose Read a document.
- 2. On the Read tab, drop the document into the field or pick it: PDF, email (.eml), calendar file (.ics), Word or text, up to 12 MB. Or paste the text under … or paste text.
- 3. Choose Find dates.
Toni enters what is certain and stated word for word in the document. The entry then shows that Toni entered it, and from which document.
Checking suggestions
Everything else is on the Suggestions tab. For each one choose Add, Adjust or Dismiss. If it says not stated word for word, check it with particular care.
What was read
The Read so far tab lists every document with the text that was read. The document itself is not kept, only the text, so you can see where a date came from. Remove source deletes it; entered dates stay.
Settings
On the Settings tab:
- Enter by itself: off means everything becomes a suggestion.
- What counts as certain: relaxed (70 %), normal (80 %) or strict (90 %). Higher means more suggestions.
- Read documents too: Toni automatically reads new documents that have a file.
- Who sees what Toni enters: contracts and invoices are not for every temp.
- Reminder: default by type.
Toni never enters a closure by himself. Without AI access he reads text, text PDFs, emails and calendar files by fixed rules.
