Audit pack for an inspection

An inspection rarely announces itself. The audit pack gathers beforehand what the inspector wants to see and shows the gaps while you can still close them.

Prepare the pack

1. 011. Open Documents › Duties & records and then Prepare an audit.
2. 022. Under For, pick the occasion. The options are shown in German: „Hygiene / Lebensmittelkontrolle“ (food inspection), „Arbeitsschutz / Betriebsprüfung“ (workplace safety), „Steuer / Betriebsprüfung Finanzamt“ (tax audit) or „Standortakte vollständig“ (complete location file).
3. 033. The Hub shows how many documents belong and how many gaps there are, by name.

Hand it over

• Audit pack as ZIP: the files, the pages of documents generated in the Hub, an index.csv with all details and a readme. The pack can be read without Veydex.
• Temporary auditor access: a view-only link with an expiry date. If you like, it can be opened once only, carry a password, or Allow download. Documents generated in the Hub carry a watermark there with recipient and date, and every access is recorded. If personnel documents are included, you confirm that explicitly.

Single documents you hand out from the document with Share, for example to your tax adviser.

For a food inspection

The Hygiene-Audit (HACCP) package requests the usual records, from the HACCP plan to the instructions under § 43 IfSG, and has a checklist of the points most often criticised. The readings from Hygiene & HACCP are a separate file, see Gaps and inspection report; a shared inspection view for both does not exist yet.
