Data from enquiries, export and deletion
Veydex removes an enquiry's name, contact details, message and thread after a fixed period; the number of enquiries remains. You export the whole page as one file, and deletion only works with the page's address as confirmation.
Veydex Link keeps guest data only as long as the enquiry needs it.
What happens to enquiries
- Name, email, phone, message and an enquiry's thread are kept with the enquiry in the Hub.
- After a fixed period Veydex removes these details. The number of enquiries remains for your insights.
- For table requests this applies as long as you do not have the Reservations module. With it they are part of your reservation book, and you keep that yourself.
- Insights such as views, sources and scans are counted by Link as numbers per day, never as people.
Export
The owner can export the whole page from Veydex Link as one file. Enquiries can also be downloaded as CSV.
Delete
Only the owner can delete the page, and only with the page's address as confirmation. Your profile and your reservation book in the Hub remain.
