What does Veydex cost?
You pay per module, with no base fee. Modules cost between €9 and €29 net a month, for new bookings from 1 December 2026 between €9 and €39; book before then and you keep your price. The Phone AI costs from €39. Analytics, Veydex Link and occasional questions to Kio cost nothing, Payments costs 0.9% per transaction.

- The Phone AI costs from €39 net a month.
- Analytics and Veydex Link cost nothing.
- Kio answers occasional questions in every business at no extra cost. The helpers come with Kio Start; a larger Kio package costs €39 to €329 a month together with the helpers, see Kio packages.
- Payments costs 0.9% per transaction.
New prices from 1 December 2026
For bookings from 1 December 2026, eight modules have new monthly prices, net:
- Reservations: €19 → €39
- Loyalty: €12 → €19
- Reminders: €9 → €24, with 100 SMS a month included
- Marketing: €19 → €24
- Rota: €15 → €39
- Stock: €24 → €39
- Hygiene & HACCP: €12 → €19
- Menu: €14 → €19
If you book before then, you keep your price, afterwards too. That also applies if you start the 14-day trial before 1 December and keep the module afterwards. All other prices stay as they are.
