Modules and billing
What am I paying right now?
At the top of Billing you see what you pay this month, below it the cost breakdown per module. “If you do nothing” shows what changes next, such as a trial ending or the next invoice.
Open Billing, at the bottom of the sidebar.
At the top
- the amount for this month and how many modules it covers
- Next invoice on …
- with Previous month and Next month you page through the months
Cost breakdown
Each line is an item with its amount and the reason it is there, for example:
- booked: running and charged
- trial until …, nothing is charged
- cancelled as of …
- Usage: such as the phone AI's minutes
If you do nothing
This section tells you in advance what changes and what it costs afterwards: a trial that ends, a first invoice, a cancelled module running out. For a trial you also find Keep and End trial there.
The same modules and prices are in the Marketplace under Booked. All prices are net.
Billing is visible to the owner and, read-only, to the Accounting access.
