Cancelling

This is what the terms say:

• The contract runs for an indefinite period.
• You cancel with 14 days' notice to the end of a billing month, unless something else was agreed.
• You can cancel single modules separately. If you cancel the last one, the whole contract ends.
• A cancellation must be made in text form.

After the contract ends

You can still export your data in a common format for 30 days. After that Veydex deletes it, unless a statutory retention obligation stands in the way.
