Take back a cancellation
As long as a cancelled module is still running, open it in the Marketplace and choose “Keep it running”. It then carries on as before.
A cancelled module keeps running until its end date. Until then you can change your mind.
- 1. Open the Marketplace and there Booked. The cancelled module shows ends ….
- 2. Open the module.
- 3. Choose Keep it running.
It then says “… keeps running.” The module renews again as it did before the cancellation.
Right after cancelling, the confirmation also offers Keep it running. And a few days before the end, the Hub reminds you that the module ends soon.
If it has already ended
Once the end date has passed, the cancellation can't be taken back. Book the module again then. Your data is still there.
Only the owner can cancel and take back a cancellation.
