Does Marketing show open rates, images or Instagram posts?

Some things people often ask about, Marketing cannot do today:

• It does not measure opens and clicks. What it measures is whether guests come back, with a control group, see Control group and "not measurable yet".
• Images and buttons in the text do not exist yet. You write subject and text; the placeholders are the guest's name and the business name.
• Marketing does not publish posts on Instagram or Facebook. It sends emails.
• Recurring or automatically triggered campaigns and A/B tests do not exist yet. You create each campaign on its own.
• Marketing does not send text messages.

If a guest replies to the email

Marketing emails go out under your business's name, with the addition "via Veydex", but without a reply-to address. A reply therefore reaches nobody. If guests should be able to reach you, put your phone number or the link to your page in the text.
