Opening hours, kitchen closing and closed days

Opening hours live in one place: Settings › Opening hours. What is saved there applies to reservations, appointments and the phone AI. The owner can change them.

Entering times

1. 011. Open Settings › Opening hours. The week shows as bars; a day expands for editing.
2. 022. Add start and end with Time window. Several windows per day work, for example lunch and dinner. A day without a window is a rest day.
3. 033. With Kitchen close you enter until when the kitchen takes orders. After that, no reservation starts; the stay may run until closing.
4. 044. Copy one day to all others with the option to apply it to every day.
5. 055. Save with Save opening hours.

Closed days and holiday closures

1. 011. Choose Add closed date.
2. 022. Enter from, to and a Label, for example “Holiday closure”.
3. 033. Apply the entry and save at the top.

On those days, reservations, appointments and the phone AI accept nothing. Guests see the label on the booking page too. One entry covers at most 120 days in a row; 50 entries in total.

Good to know

• A window past midnight belongs to the evening it starts on: Friday 18:00 to 02:00 is Friday evening.
• A reservation has to fit into a window with its whole table time, not just its start.
• If the phone AI or an older setting knows different times, it says so above the week with Use them. Only saving makes them apply.
