Correct or add a count later
At the end of a stocktake round, tap a line and choose Correct. A correction needs a reason, and the old number stays in the log. For an article left without a count, use Add later.
What is recorded in a stocktake is the log. Changes need a reason, and the old number stays visible.
In the round
- 1. At the end of the round you see every counted article. Tap the line that is wrong.
- 2. Choose Correct, enter the New quantity and pick a reason: Typo, Counted the wrong shelf or Counted again.
- 3. Choose Record correction.
The correction is a second count: what gets booked is the difference to the first. The line then shows “Corrected” with the time and the reason.
Left without a count
Articles you left without a count appear as “left without count”. With Add later, a quantity and a reason such as Counted again, Shelf accessible again or Weighed, you catch up on the count. The difference to the calculated stock is booked.
Later on
Once the round is closed, simply count the article again: on your phone in a new round, or on a computer via Stocktake on the article. Put the reason in the Note. Every count is listed under Movements on the article.
