Book a goods receipt
Open the article in Stock, choose Receipt, enter the quantity and the total price, and choose Book. With a price, the delivery updates the purchase cost; without one, the previous cost stays.
- 1. Open Stock and tap the article.
- 2. Choose Receipt at the top.
- 3. Under Quantity, enter how much arrived. The unit is shown next to the field, for gram articles for example kg.
- 4. Under Total price, enter what this article's delivery costs according to the delivery note or invoice.
- 5. Under Note you can record the delivery note number, for instance.
- 6. Choose Book.
The stock goes up straight away, and the entry appears under Movements on the article and in Today's history.
What the price does
From the Total price, the Hub works out the price per unit and blends it with the previous purchase cost into an average. A single expensive delivery therefore does not make your recipe costing jump.
If you leave the price out, the previous purchase cost stays. A delivery with no price recorded is not free, it just is not recorded.
