Account and sign-in
Access for your bookkeeper or tax adviser
Invite the person under Settings › Access & roles with the Accounting access. They read billing, payments, figures, shrinkage, tips with export, plus invoices and contracts, change nothing and see no guest data.
For your tax adviser or payroll office there is the Accounting access.
- 1. Open Settings › Access & roles.
- 2. Choose Invite access and enter the email address.
- 3. Choose Accounting as the access, then Send invitation.
What Accounting sees
- the Hub's billing with its invoices
- where booked: Payments, Analytics, Shrinkage & voids, Tips with export, and in Documents the invoices and contracts
They may download exports. They cannot change anything, and they see no guest data, no Rota and no team. They do not appear as a person in the Rota.
If your Hub holds till, guest or payment data, Accounting needs two-factor sign-in too.
