Who to reach out to now? Outreach in Marketing
Under Schedule › Outreach the Hub shows who is approaching the point after which your guests typically stop coming by themselves (Reach out now), and who has just passed it (Slipping away). Guests who have been away for a very long time are deliberately on no list.
"Not been in for a while" means something different in every business. That is why the Hub works out from the gaps between two visits of your own guests when a break becomes unusual.
How to read Outreach
- 1. Open Marketing › Open schedule › Outreach.
- 2. At the top is Your guests’ rhythm: within how many days half come back, the Tipping point, and within how many days nine in ten come back.
- 3. Below are two lists, frequent guests first, with visits, days since the last visit and whether there is consent: - Reach out now: approaching the tipping point. An invitation works here because the guest is still in their own rhythm. - Slipping away: past the tipping point but still reachable. That calls for a different message than an invitation.
- 4. At the end it shows how many guests are beyond the curve.
Why some guests are on no list
Guests who have been away for a very long time are counted by the Hub but not suggested. An invitation to this group creates unsubscribes rather than visits, and an unsubscribe is final.
If nothing shows yet
If it says there is not enough data for a return curve yet, the Hub knows too few guests with several visits. It does not show a guessed tipping point, because that would decide who gets emailed.
