Read the reorder list
Stock › Reorder has two views: Minimum stock shows what is below the number you entered; Calculated works out a reorder point from booked consumption, variation, lead time and shelf life. Tapping a line shows the maths, and each supplier's order can be downloaded as CSV.
Open Stock › Reorder. At the top you choose between Minimum stock and Calculated. Both group by supplier and propose whole packs.
Minimum stock
Shows every article below the Minimum stock you entered on the article, with “have:” and “short:”. Articles without a minimum never appear here.
Calculated
- 1. Choose Calculated and, next to it, your Ordering rhythm: daily, twice a week, weekly or every two weeks.
- 2. Each line gives the Reorder point, the number of packs and a percentage: how safely the quantity should last until the next delivery. If it says “no shelf life set”, the Hub uses a default.
- 3. Tap a line for the maths: Usage/day, Variability, Risk period (lead time plus rhythm), Safety stock, Fill up to and Data basis.
Under Not enough history yet you find articles for which the Hub deliberately proposes nothing. The minimum stock stays in charge of those.
Ordering
Order as CSV downloads the list per supplier. Ordering happens outside the Hub, by phone, email or in the supplier's portal; the Hub sends nothing. If an order falls below the Minimum order, it says so at the supplier.
If you have booked the Helpers, Ben turns the proposal into draft orders, see Mark orders.
